EASE OF USE
Galaxy Scientific has created the hardware and software to make chemical analysis accessible to everyone. The intuitive Spectral Sage™ Software combines the ease-of-use for everyday analysis with feature-rich functions for advanced method developers. Our Automatic Performance Testing Unit provides an easy and automated way to monitor your instrument’s performance. When you’re ready to deploy an online NIR, our range of process near infrared software will make the transition smooth and simple.
LOW COST OF OWNERSHIP
We designed our spectrometers and accessories to be compact, precise, and economical. Our QuasIR™ Series near infrared spectrometer uses a temperature stabilized solid-state laser that offers a compact configuration, excellent wavelength stability, and a typical lifetime of over 10 years. In addition, our instruments use a special compact lamp that offers a typical lifetime of 20,000 hours and an inexpensive replacement cost. Galaxy Scientific’s QuasIR™ has a wear-free interferometer drive that comes with a 10-year warranty and user replaceable desiccant. If you’re thinking about implementing process NIR, contact us for the most affordable solution that brings faster return on investment than any other near infrared analyzer.
The QuasIR™ Series FT-NIR spectrometer combines portability and performance to get the near infrared results you need, where and when you need them. Our robust and compact design can be taken outside the lab to the point-of-need. Our near-infrared spectrometer is lightweight and quickly attaches to a laptop or tablet computer, can operate from a variety of power sources, and has a rugged design that ensures it can be moved without damage. Even if you intend to implement online NIR, the size and durability of our instruments will make your project go much smoother.
is specialized in the development and manufacturing of high performance, rugged, portable near infrared analyzers and accessories. Our passion is innovation and our mission is to develop a uniquely robust instrument to tackle critical analytical problems in the food, agriculture, pharma, and chemical industries.
Galaxy Scientific has developed a compact and rugged, yet high performance, field portable FT-NIR spectrometer which combines an advanced, permanently aligned interferometer with novel software algorithms to provide breakthrough solutions to the most challenging online and point-of-need near infrared applications. Samples can be analyzed in the field or at the assembly line, rather than be taken off site to separate laboratories.
We manufacture our near infrared products in a 6,000 sq. ft. facility located in Nashua, NH. We're equipped with full R&D capabilities including laboratories, a rapid-turn machine shop, and test equipment. We manage our production process in-house and make sure our equipment meets exacting standards. Additionally we're equipped to customize our production process to meet the special needs of online, at-line, and process near infrared applications.
Ruggedness and portability are the key aspects of Galaxy Scientific’s near infrared products. While our near-infrared analyzers are suitable for laboratory use, they can also be taken into the field or near the manufacturing line. We don't sacrifice performance, utilizing the full benefit of FT-NIR spectroscopy. While we're proud of our technology, we ultimately provide turnkey NIR solutions for the Food & Agriculture, Pharmaceutical and BioPharmaceutical, Polymer & Chemical, Energy, and Environmental sectors.
